Emonika City Center & Central International Train Station
In 2011 Casiopea Group has won to be the designer of the Shopping and Entertainment Center, together with the Train Station part of Emonika City Center, a more than 150,000 m² multipurpose complex developed by TriGranit Group in the centre of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
The complex is located at the area present used by railway, as a continuation of the new railway station and the new Poznan City Center, opened in 2013.
Partial refurbishment and redesigning of the existing MOM Park commercial center, adding new retail units including H&M, health center with modern “Day Surgery” mainly for plastic surgeries, general Medical clinics and Dental center.
Casiopea Group enterred into the project in the final phase of its construction as designer and constructor of the built and mobile furniture, the interior and the greenery as well.
Exterior Concept and preparing more attractive new style to the exitsing Szinva Park shopping center in Miskolc. Furthermore, preparing new entrance and shop interior organization for better custumer circulation.
Atrium Center Satu Mare will be a commercial and entertainment center located in the heart of the city, between Henri Coanda Boulevard and Corvinilor Street with an excellent visibility and easy accessibility.
The project is situated in XIV. District, Budapest, in the neighborhood of Eastern Railway station, next to the building complex of the National Stadium.
Plaza holds a 75% stake in a company which has entered into a public-private partnership agreement with the Government of Romania to develop the approximately US$1 billion Casa Radio (Dambovica) scheme in Bucharest, the largest development plot available in the city centre. The Romanian Government will remain a 15% partner in the scheme as well as additional third party (10%).
