The buildings have 7 to 9 levels with 1 underground parking level. The complex has 4 buildings facing Chazar Andras street and an inner green yard on the other side. Storages and shops are located on the ground floor. There are repetitive apartment levels above ground and big penthouse flats with big balconies on top. On the façade white and yellow plaster was used combined with stone cladding and grey metal pergolas.
