Park West

The project is in the develping part of Budapest 13 district close both to the inner city and the green park of Városliget.

The project consists of 4 buildings to be constructed in 4 phases. It was planned to the place of an old bus park therefore a new district regulation was made hand in hand with the district's urban planning office. A new street was planned between the houses as per building regulations. On the plot as per the building regulations with suitable forming planned a residential building of 855 flats, with an underground parking lot. The flats space is between 34-78 m2, the internal yard serves the inhabitants' relaxation.
