The planning area is 7.985 m2 , the ground is nearly plane. The built area 3.914 m2, the green area is around 2.000 m2. The builing get the built permit in 2004, the delivery date expectedly 2007 september.

The planned building have a basement level, ground floor + 3 floors, and roof level, onto six staircases a block of flats got organized. In the building 208 apartments are built. In the basement floor it is possible to get through two driving ramp.The two fire sections were redone as 212 places for cars, as a normal garage. From the garage are starting off the staicaises and the elevators. Ouside from the garage in the basement level were developed the gas-receiving rooms the waste containers, cleaning device containers and other engineering rooms. On the ground floor, from the street side at A and F section's end 6 pieces samller- bigger retail business was placed, on the centerline, to a gate we can get through a intern yard from where the six staircases can be approached. Some sections join the staircase and the elevator from a foyer. Developing the interior yard, insures the unobstructed approach of the building, in exceptional cases (pl. ambulance) the car tuck. On the floors we were developed flats with 2-3 rooms. In the interior garden we developed a part for rest-, playing , little lake and a stone-bridge. The exterior- and side gardens get into the possession of the ground-floor flats.
