In front of the building is a public park next to it a Hospital. Commercial units, cliniques and fintess are designed on the ground floor. Above it 6 different 7 storey buikdings with 421 apartments. Between the buildings there will be 2200 m2 green yard, with special greenery and playground. The ’B’ and ’C’ buildings were completed in 2005. The construction is to be continued with building D in 2007.
