Madárhegy, a new residential area is under development in the wonderful hills of Buda, with great panorama to the countryside.
Our office designed two nearly similar buildings with four A-class flats, which might solve as prototypes of the further 36 buildings. Two flats are on ground-floor, with private gardens, the upper flats are duplex apartments. The elegant ceramic tile facade-covering varied with smooth plastering and the curved wooden forms of the roof gives a luxurious yet friendly appearance to the buildings.
