Dob Udvar

The project is at the corner of Dob utca and Rózsa utca, on the most dynamically developing and time to time renewing part of Budapest 7th district (also called Elisabeth Town).

The building consists of 42 apartments on five levels plus on a gallery and on an attic level. At designing the apartments we considered the modern architectural standards creating the internal areas as living units. Well defined elements of the designing works were to be human centrism. The sizes of the apartments vary between 30 to 93 m2. Most of them have separate balcony. One level underground parking accommodates the vehicles of the residents’ safety. The apartments can be accessed from the deep garage via elevators directly.
