Planet Park

The project is situated in the XIV district of Budapest, also called Zugló.

The site is bordered by 3 streets: Rátót utca, Remény utca and Gvadányi utca that is the main one. Along it runs a little river. The project is composed by 6 residential buildings divided in phases. The buildings are situated along the streets, and by their positions and shapes, are creating 2 big free and green areas, containing gardens, pedestrian zone and an underground swimming pool. The different buildings are all mixed by a composition of different type of flats, from the studio to the 5 room apartment. Each building is designed with balconies for each flats, larges terraces and green roof. The first building, situated in Rátót utca street is actually under construction that will end in 2007. The facades are designed with long balconies for each flat. It is composed by 59 flats, 6 floors and a parking level. Behind and along the building is projected a designed garden. The bigger flats are situated on the groundfloor with private gardens and on the topfloor with huge terraces under pergola where is taking place some jacuzzis.
