The center is located on 20 000 m2 surface and adjacent parking lot will hold up to 600 vehicles. This shopping mall is called a third generation center because of its innovative method of mixing commerce, amusement and services. In amusement part of the mall there is an 8-screen cinema and a bowling-alley.
