The project is situated in XIV. District, Budapest, in the neighborhood of Eastern Railway station, next to the building complex of the National Stadium.
The building was originally an industrial historical monument built from bricks and glass elements. The former bus garage was refurbished and converted into a shopping center. The 60 m wide glass ceiling was kept and reconstructed providing natural light to the interior shopping area.
