Belgrad Zemun Park

The project is located in the north entrance of belgrad, in a progressive industrial area, next to the main road.

The complex is harmonized with the neighbour projects, but emphasized with its volume, colours and facade materials. The retail center contains more than 30 shops, including supermarket, D.I.Y. store, electric store and fashion units. Due the good situataion and visibility, the full building is facing to the main road, beside this creates familiar atmosphere.The food and restaurant units were planned in a separate island, connected to children playground and green area. The project is also highlighted with the urbanized feeling, using the arcades and attractive green areas all around.
