Residential: 113 flats on 7 levels, 1 luxurious penthouse apartment The project is situated in the downtown of Budapest, on the last vacant plot of the city’s main historical axes, the Rákóczi street. The "leg" of the T-shape plot contains the Hotel****, with main entrance from Rákóczi street. On the the groundfloor the hotel lobby, a bar, an italian restaurant and a conference center is organized around a japanese style inner patio with moving water elements. The “top” of the T-shape plot occupied by a large dwellinghouse complex, open to the two side streets, Szövetség and Hársfa. It has a huge, 1000 sqm silent inside garden as well. The whole design was inspired by the elegant Art-Deco and modern dwellinghouse-style of the thirties, once tipical in Budapest.
