The project is situated in the very heart of the Romanian capital, near the main junction Piata Romana.

The client wanted to revitalize one of the most prestigious plots of the neighbouhood by reconstructing the historical buildings already situated there and at the same time adding new functions. The facility gives place for a shopping mall, an entertainment complex, as well as an office and a residential tower. The unique atmosphere is originated in the highly detailed design which is reflected on the facades and in the layout as well. The interior design of the shopping center goes back to as far as Art Nouveau and represents a sophisticated, purified style. The tinted cathedral glass skylights and the noble materials used guarantee that this place is way worth visiting.
