The plot surrounded with wonderful green landscape, is situated on the border of a prestigious dwelling and a busy business area, operated for years by a world-leading provider of telecommunications equipment. After demolishing the existing industrial styled buildings from the seventies, our plan offers 8 new buildings, each on separate plots, with very flexible further functions, like offices, dwelling houses or even a business-hotel.
